Michael Bogin is a seasoned, dynamic professional with diversified background in Asset Based Lending/Factoring, managing unsecured short-term and secured long-term credits, including A/R, Inventory, and fixed asset financings for retailers/manufacturers/distributors and trade financing for importers.  His knowledge of cash flow/debt service criteria is invaluable in support of subordinated debt/mezzanine financings and/or Bank lending parameters and covenants. 

Entrusted with responsibility for key client portfolio management and legal documentation, Mr. Bogin enriched his experience while holding senior executive management positions with: Chemical Bank/C & S Factors, GE Capital, Laurentian Bank, Accord Business Credit, TCE Capital Corporation, and Kingsdale Business Finance Inc.  As Managing Director of North Brooklyn Capital, he now applies his considerable experience and contact network to benefit new business and real estate development projects.

Blessed with superb negotiating and closing skills, his synergistic approach matching customer needs via cross-selling organizational products and his demonstrated ability to be a team player under difficult circumstances enable Mr. Bogin to lead by example and  enhance everyone’s motivation to get the job done.
